Ahmad Joukhan

My research interest is to study the biological potential of nanoparticles including cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, and induction of phospholipidosis and lipid peroxidation

I have completed a Master of Science in Toxicology and Forensic Science (October 2017) from Medicine Faculty, Jordan University of Science and Technology, Jordan. The title of the thesis is: Fortilin and S100A1 as Biomarkers for Estimation of
Postmortem Interval in Corpses post Euthanasia, Cervical Dislocation, Suffocation, and Intoxication.

In October 2019, I have started the interdisciplinary doctoral study in Biomedicine, research area Toxicology, coordinated by Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Ljubljana.

My experience:

  • Cell culturing
  • Spectrofluorometry
  • Cytotoxicity testing
  • ELISA test
  • Animals dissecting and sampling tissues (in vivo experiments)
