My main research activity is bionanotechnology and nanotoxicological effect that nanoparticles have on different levels of biological organisation.

My research interests are also in:

  • scaning electron microscopy,
  • in vitro cell studies,
  • cytotoxicology,
  • in vivo invertebrate studies,
  • ecotoxicology.

I graduated as Biologist for Ecology and Enveronmental protection on Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade, Serbia. The title of the graduation paper is: Morphometry Analisys of Wings of Sawfly species Macrophya alboannulata

Awards, honors, and grants:

  • (2010) Ad Futura Scholarship, Javni sklad Republike Slovenije za razvoj kadrov in štipendije

Methods and machines I specialize in::

  • In vitro studies on cell cultures
  • Studies on model invertebrate organism
